Wells Fargo in partnership with Rangam's SourceAbled Team is seeking candidates for an Help Desk Analyst role  for candidates living in or around San Francisco, New York, Dallas, Charlotte, Minneapolis and Phoenix or willing to relocate (relocation package available).

Direct Hire Salaried role with the client

Help Desk Analyst who will provide customer and technical support through analysis and problem solving to facilitate installation, implementation, maintenance, education, and documentation of a variety of technologies for employee service desk.

Must Have:

6-months to 1-year experience working with computers. Can include academic, military, or volunteer experience.

Knowledge of:

  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Computer operating system and procedures

  • Computer networking
  • Software installation
  •  Password and access resets
  • How to analyze software problems
